SWTOR is worth playing. It is the first game since WoW I enjoy. First MMO anyways. It has a monthly subscription, and no, now that you learned your lesson you do not have to be addicted on it like on wow.
It has a big player base, but it is too early to tell how long the game will last. Expansions are sure to come if the game remains popular.
So far, I enjoy it, and that is what is important for me.
